THE PICTURE BELOW STOOD OUT TO ME BECAUSE OF THE LAST WORDS WRITTEN; THE THOUGHT OF THE OPPRESSED FIGHTING BACK BEYOND COLOR IS A POWERFUL THOUGHT. THIS IDEOLOGY OR VIEW IS GROUND FOR DISCUSSION OF WAYS IN WHICH WE CAN BETTER BREAK BARRIERS OF RACISM TO DESTROY CLASSISM.
Hello, this is Jodie here! Writing has always bee apart of me from a very young age-I haven't yet grasped its full fledged force as to how essential language (and poetry) is in shaping our world. I have participated in slams and open mikes on many occasions. I have a big interest in the arts and youth empowerment. I don't just write because someone introduced me to the craft, IT IS EMBEDED IN ME! I love being a part of things that are greater than me such as community projects. Whatever it is you can ask and I will deliver! Thank you for your support with my blog, I would love to give back the same support to you as you give to me! you can email me at geddes.jodie@gmail.com if you have any questions or ideas :)
